Orders and Shipping
Our flat rate UK shipping is £5.00.
For heavier or larger items, additional rates may apply.
Slate items from the Coniston Stonecraft range hold a £7.99 delivery charge.
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, and usually dispatch within 2 days (Monday – Friday).
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which usually takes 2-3 working days.
Some handmade items are dispatched directly form the supplier and additional lead times may apply.

We send all orders using our shipping partner Royal Mail, but we reserve the right to use other shipping services when necessary.

We currently only ship to UK addresses.

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase and ensure that all items are dispatched in perfect condition. However, if an item is faulty, we will exchange or refund your purchase. Please inform us within 14 days of the receipt of your goods.
