Orders and Shipping
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, and usually dispatch within 2 days (Monday – Friday).

You can also select to create an account during the order process.
We send all orders using our shipping partner Royal Mail, but we reserve the right to use other shipping services when necessary.
We currently only ship to UK addresses.
We will endeavour to post all items on an order in one package.
In some cases, if this is not possible, we will contact you to advise.

Returns and Exchanges
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase and ensure that all items are dispatched in perfect condition. However, if an item is faulty, we will exchange or refund your purchase. Please inform us within 14 days of the receipt of your goods.
Please contact us to discuss returning the item. The returned parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so we strongly recommend that you send it by registered post.
